Millions for innovative ICT research in Northern Jutland

CISS is one of the major players behind a new innovation network that has just received a grant of DKK 20 million from The Danish Council for Technology and Innovation

Of 29 applications for the establishment of new innovation networks, 11 have been granted money by the Council, among these the new Aalborg-based network "Information and Communication Technology, including embedded software", behind which CISS is one of the major players.

In addition to CISS, the important participants of the network are IMM at the Danish Technical University, CSI in Sønderborg, the Alexandra Institute in Århus in addition to a number of companies and other research institutions.
