Embedded Award 2012
Director of CISS, Kim Guldstrand Larsen, is on the steering committee of the new ITOS project (Industrial Technology and Software). The project is now giving out a prize to the student of the year. The aim of the ITOS project is to advance Danish competences within the development of embedded solutions. Therefore, we now award the Embedded Award 2012 to a student who has handed in an excellent Master's Thesis.
The prize is awarded for

A Master's Thesis that shows originality, extensive knowledge on embedded systems and which covers both hardware and software
-
The thesis must be handed in to an institution of higher education during the study year of 2011-2012

The students will deliver a 3-minute introduction to his/her thesis on acceptance of Embedded Award and will get a short article accepted in an ITOS publication on embedded systems in 2012
Companies and institutions of higher education may recommend candidates for Embedded Award 2012.
