DaNES

DaNES - Danish Network for Intelligent Embedded Systems - was a consortium of Danish research institutions and industrial partners. The aim was to bring together the brightest minds from research and industry with the purpose of strengthening the development of intelligent embedded systems in Danish products.

The vision of DaNES was:

"To determine, develop and test a model-driven and component-based development process for the realization of the intelligent embedded systems of the future, cross-cutting the industrial sectors spanned by the participating partners."

"Moving the projects to adjacent sectors, effectively enabling other companies to utilize the acquired knowledge"
